Explore and implement ways that can help boost the capacity or working women in the Gulf

The entire Gulf region, especially Saudi Arabia has been facing the challenge of majority of its women workforce either lying idle or operating way under capacity. This can historically be owed to culture, society, tabooes, policies, and several other factors. Rapidly changing socio-political, and socio-economic landscape, public polic framework suggest that time is ripe to help the women workforce strenthen its capacity through learning, and provide help and support in their work related (especially entrepreneural) challenges.
