Manually issuing and displaying Open Badges

This challenge has been created to assist a relatively non-technical person to manually issue and display a Mozilla open badge. The challenge will lead the learner through a series of steps toward issuing and displaying a badge. During the challenge the learner will read documentation, edit and explore files, and setup the internet resources to issue and display an open badge. Upon completion of this challenge the learner should have issued themselves a badge that can be displayed on their blog or from within their own Mozilla digital badge backpack.
