This challenge is for myself and anyone interested in the arts and sustainability to follow along.  I will be discovering concepts, methods, and applications of sustainable design.  Learning will come from studying projects of experts and pioneers in the field, study of materials and local, sustainable resources, and projects that exercise further understanding of materials.
The goal is to prove that sustainability can be fun and whimsical and not backbreaking and laborious.  It can help to ease a high comsuming culture into sustainable values.
