Share your experiences and ideas
Language learning is an educational area perfectly suited to an open method. You don't need a doctorate to be able to help someone learn your language - everybody is an expert in their native language, and they should be able to share their vocabulary, understanding and feeling for the language with others.
However, what is needed is an approach where resources are easily adaptable to different languages, levels and interests, and there needs to be a structure and system whereby native speakers also feel rewarded or get something out of providing their expertise to other users.
