    Hello everyone!

    And my tester bone chiming in: will some kind heart explain why "School of Webcraft" wouldn't work easily with IE10?

    About IE10: I’m IE8 user, but I guess it’s because of Microsoft way of CSS and JavaScript implementation. It’s… different form standards and code should be also different. These people think they are the only who know how everything should be. But in life it looks they are producing headaches for coders and designers.

    Look at this CSS classes declaration example:

    <!--[if lt IE 7 ]> <html class="ie6"> <![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 7 ]>    <html class="ie7"> <![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 8 ]>    <html class="ie8"> <![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 9 ]>    <html class="ie9"> <![endif]-->
    <!--[if (gt IE 9)|!(IE)]><!--> <html lang="en"> <!--<![endif]-->

    All checks are about just IE and it's versions.

    And this example for JavaScript:

    if (window.XMLHttpRequest)
      {// code for IE7+, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari
      {// code for IE6, IE5

    There is some hype about IE10. Especially in relation to HTML5.

    Additionally, I found some mentions of "user-agent" strings to cause trouble as "10.0" often returns an error and will halt script execution.

    There is a multitude of possibilities, but those are outside the scope of this particular challenge.

    Thanks for insightful info, I'll look into it.

    As far as I know HTML5 is still a draft and will become standart in 2013-2014.

    So don't be surprized ;-)
