Live Healthy


Complete all 8 tasks in order to live healthy.
 
  1. Get enough hours of sleep for your body.
  2. Drink loads of water.
  3. Don't eat a whole lot of crap.
  4. Move your body daily.
  5. Rest your mind and flex your mind.
  6. Limit alcohol consumption to red wine and Guinness.
  7. Go light on the drugs.
  8. The Mega-Rule: Too much of one thing is never good!
