Eat Clean

Complete all 5 tasks in order to eat clean.


  1. Eat six small meals a day. 
  2. Eat lean protein and vegetables all day long.
  3. Eat less dairy, fruits, and soy.
  4. Drink a lot of water and green tea.
  5. Track eating and water consumption on or via the SparkPeople app.  (
