An Arduino electronics board with multi-colored lights will be livestreamed over the internet for submitters without their own.
As explained in the previous challenge, the Arduino has four available lights:
1 - RED
2 - GREEN
3 - BLUE
4 - YELLOW
You can keep track of the time in seconds since your program was launched by XYZ
