Other notes:For the Public Space bin grant program, the grant is open to 
non-profit organizations, government agencies, schools and religious 
organizations. For profit businesses are not eligible to directly receive 
grants. They may however partner with otherwise eligible organizations on 
proposals submitted in the eligible organization’s name.

Grant proposal deadlines:  The application period is Wednesday, 
January 25, 2012 through Friday, March 2, 2012, midnight, 
eastern time. The goal is to have bins delivered during the 
summer of 2012.
