  Cheryl, I was happy to review your Exploration into the value (initially) of Mozilla Open Badges. I have been exploring the value as well, and appreciated seeing your analysis. I would suggest taking a look at ADL xAPI. This is the next generation SCORM, a standardized sharing tool developed through the department of defense (US). It is very similar, except it is more focused on collecting learning data, called learning statements. The data may be displayed in many different ways. Enjoy. Michael

  A great overview, displaying your learning in this course. I really like the use of Edcanvas; learned something new myself today. I feel that the section on how to take this forward could have used a little more creativity. Perhaps add some resources relevant for creating and issuing badges as well as a little on how you will address procedural changes that might be necessary in the organisation. Well done, and good luck with implementation!
