This challenge is designed to help you to quit smoking. Everything you need to know to get your smoking behaviour under control will pass the revue in this challenge. You will also do games and exercises that make it easier to stay away from sigarettes.
Note that this is an experimental challenge. The skill this challenge attempts to stimulate is to have your rational brain take over your instinctive brain more often than not when you see or think about a sigaret. The challenge will guide you in this process as much as I know is currently possible.
This video gives an example of a state of the art method to control addictive behaviour. We will do the actual game discussed in the first half of the video (in Dutch) in a later task of this challenge.
