I wet completely crazy and spiritual about it even thought about what the real world would be like with styling declarations and styling tags! This exercise completely messed with my brain lolz. Please award me the badge.
The only reason why I didn't label the pictures is that I want to leave to the imagination. I see so many tags here.

Yes he does!
He didn't use all the tags in the HTML reference but in fairness, I doubt many have. However, for the tasks he did state, he understood the structure well and allowed him, like I did, to understand HTML in a more structured way.
