We could use Etherpad.

IRC would have the advantage of easily having a transcript, for the people who can't make that time :-)

IRC is my vote. For screen sharing I've used http://www.mikogo.com/ with some success and it has a 14 day free trial, unlimited meetings. Alternatively, what about an etherpad? I don't know if it's suitable for the format of the session, but it would give you the chat and presentation in one place.

I'd prefer not to join *yet another* social network, so IRC or Skype would be preferable to me. IRC would be easy simply because P2PU has already set you up with a channel that's directly accessible through webchat on this site.

Elluminate could work if someone has a license or wants to sign up for the 30 day free trial

I would like Google Hangouts for screen sharing, the problem there is a maximum limit of 10 participants.
Something with screen sharing would be ideal, but don't know what tool would support the # of people we have
