This Week's Workout (Do Three Days This Week)
  • Five minute warm-up walk.
  • Jog 3 minutes and walk 90 seconds
  • Jog 5 minutes and walk 2.5 minutes
  • Jog 3 minutes and walk 90 seconds
  • Jog 5 minutes
  • Five minute cooldown walk.
  • Five minute stretch.

 

Reading Assignment and Reflection

Congratulations on completing your fourth week! You should be feeling good now as you complete longer jog intervals. As we near the halfway mark, it's easy for you to start feeling unmotivated. Please read this article on making exercise a habit and share with the group anything you learned and how your runs went this week.
