posted message: I'm feeling more and more confident that I will reach my learning goals. I have been using Rosetta Stone everyday this week and have almost finished the book "La Bella Lingua". I need to listen to Italian more often and start working in my workbook.
I have not tried to find a mentor yet but I think that will come as I settle into a Fall schedule.
posted message: OK, my first week of learning Italian using my personal learning plan. Well I read part of a book about the Italian language and I wrote down in my calendar when I would study but then I didn't study. :( So I'm enlisting my daughter to check in with me. Hopefully that will keep me on track!
I love gardening, writing, reading, learning, children, art and music. My children do not attend public school but learn at home (and in the world). I work at a library creating educational programs from children.
