Obtain a copy of Alfie Kohn's book "Beyond Discipline" and read article by same name from website

So, let's start this Study Group by having everyone order or obtain a copy of Beyond Discipline: From Compliance to Community (10th anniversary edition, 2006):

Is there any copies or chapters freely available online?

Course materials need to be free in P2PU courses. Technically a library could have a copy - however what happens if a participant can't get a hold of a copy freely?

I saw the first 32 pages online at google books... I researched book trading sites, but unfortunately none of them had this book in stock. Maybe the book trading concept is the right idea here, though. I have a couple of copies of the book already, and I'd be happy to send my copies to anyone who couldn't obtain it from their library, and they could pass it on to someone else in the study group after they were finished, so we'd have some copies of the book circulating around.

Perhaps, too, as we go along we could develop some open-content study guides on the material, and then in future offerings the discussion could be primarily from the study guide rather than the book itself...? The study guide could include examples derived from the discussion, so that we'd be creating kind of a knowledge base about the concepts based on what we discussed.
