The law firm was built by Att. Emery Brett Ledger, a nationally recognized personal injury lawyer who studied his Bachelor's degree in Arizona State University. He proceeded his law profession in the prestigious Pepperdine University School of Law and was admitted to practice the profession in 1998. At the same time he started joining affiliations such as Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), American Association for Justice (AAJ), Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
