Jessica Smith is Senior Officer for the National Copyright Unit (NCU) of the COAG Education Council. The NCU advises and represents Australian schools and TAFEs on copyright issues, negotiates copyright licences for the sector and liaises with education, industry and government on copyright policy issues. The NCU also manages the ‘Smartcopying’ website - smartcopying.edu.au - a practical resource on copyright for Australian educators.
