Hello, My names Joseph Mc Cay, I moved to Leeds from Northern Ireland to study Music Production at the Met University, I'm enjoying it over here so far! I've had a rather unfortunate run in with mental health problems myself in my teenage years such as depression,anxiety and sleep problems. Whilst sometimes these feelings creep up on me again I feel that I would not have the quality of life I have now if it weren't for the help I was given. I would like to further expand my knowledge of the subject so that I may help people (Even if it is in an un-official way) out of pure, kind human nature.
