Hello!
My name is Lisa Hammershaimb. I am from Chicago and have been working as a graphic designer for about 7 years. I mainly focus on print design, though I also occasionally dip into the worlds of web and motion graphics. As a designer I love all things visual and am especially inspired by streamlined modern architecture, nature and the mountains, the bright colors of fall, and my tiny Yorkie, Ruby Joy. I now teach graphic design with an undergrad, totally online program.
I received my MFA through a program that was entirely online, and am currently a student at Athabasca University, working on my EdD in Distance Education.
I’m looking forward to a great class and learning more about how to fasciliate learning in all the everyday interactions of life.
