I work at The University of Auckand and run the elearning design, development and strategy of the Goodfellow Unit. Basically, we provide CPD to primary healthcare practitioners in Australasia. We have a website for portfolio management, certificates (antipodean badges ;-D) and some elearning. Most of my work history evolved from user experience design and development. However, i have spent that last few months diving into informal learning, motivation 3.0, etc. This is a bit tricky with health care experts but i think critical to answering how does learning go into practice. I'm looking for collaboration, smarts and insight into working smarter and solving problems.
