I am a participatory action researcher interested in organisational and social change - with 6 years of experience working in a large southern development NGO. I am particularly interested in understanding how different theories of power, knowledge, identity, relationality, change, learning and complexity can be mobilised most effectively to contribute to inter-subjectively desirable changes in social relations in and across specific contexts.
