I thgink that was pretty good. i have some thoughts on this subject:

1. Before going and learning new languages and scripts you should have a foundation. Like in Programming it means Discrete math, data structures, algorithms, concurrent programming, state machines. These are things you can use with any programming language.
2. Also you should know one language very well. I liken it to knowing english very well in human languages. I am of the opinion that in programming languages if they had opensourced C and developed C it would have taken away the need to learn so many languages and yet have the most effective language.

I could not give 100% because it was a little cumbersome to prove the relevancey of the work you linked to.

And I felt like your development plan was a little light on details. But it does not take anything away from your achievement in teaching yourself a programming language.

More specifics would address this (like calling out specific languages you intend to learn, and identifying which specific features you intend to teach yourself).
