ShannonS's post expressed a lot of my concerns as well. This is a massive time commitment. Nothing wrong with that, but the logistics are really challenging. I get confused trying to find things on the P2PU site, although I admit that this could be a personal flaw.
Anyway, I appreciated the post and wanted to acknowledge and emphasize it somehow.
