I learned about dns system, how a dns record looks like, checked offers of many domain name registrator and web hoster company, i trid the process from the beggining how can i register a domain, add to to a webhoster. Next task is create my webstie at biztosit.org

Well you have completed the task but the website is not working right now. I looked for the information about the Name Serve through whois.com and its correct. I think the problem is related with the webhost. I suggest you to use x10hosting.com, its a free hosting service and is also good. The reason I mentioned this free hosting site is that you have mentioned in your blog about the financial problem, so you used free hosting.
