Have used the same hosting company reliably for 12 years. they provide a good service with a fully formed Service Desk allowing you to create support tickets.

 

I am on first name terms with some of the team and have a great relationship with them. They are especially helpful when I forget the basics and they help me without being patronising!

We all forget things from time to time, like setting up queries in MySQL etc...

  Joel has a Website hosted and set up correctly, his host does the changes when he raises a support ticket. (not all hosts give you login details to make changes )
