This task was great for me, I did experiement with Google sites, until I learn't this was a WYSIWYG site, I then completed hours of research on hosting services that met my requirements such as free, FTP transfers and able to use own domain, and I created a comparison chart of 3 major providers that I liked. FreeHostia was my choosen account, and I spent some time putting a thoughtful blog to help anyone that goes down the same path,
