  I actually do *not* feel the badge is warranted at this time. Although the article submitted is good, it's only one article. 

  The badge is for consistantly posting content of high quality/value. I would only consider it due if the blog was regularly updated with quality content for at least a few weeks. 

  One post isn't enough to qualify.
