I learned what the meta tag was for. I taught myself HTML years ago (I'm talking 2003-2004?) in High School, then I went to college but we didn't have many classes that offered web experience. I am trying to brush up on my HTML skills as I haven't used them in awhile, and I want to start to gain my new experience from the ground up. Some of this may be review for me, but a lot of things have changed since then, and there are some things I had never learned on my own, like the meta tag. I've been posting my coursework to my blog, and this is the most recent entry.
I feel like I am a little bit different as far as experience level than others, so I used Dreamweaver to edit the HTML for this challenge, mainly because I eventually want to utilize Dreamweaver to build more complicated sites, and I want it to become one of the main editing tools in my web design arsenal.
Please let me know what you think, I'd love feedback or to talk to some like-minded people that may be in the same boat as myself.
Thanks,
T
