I just want to learn how to design web pages. It is not my fault that I don't have the needed information to decide which text editor is best. How can one know what tools are best before being taught anything about the task at hand. I just wish to move on and hopefully learn something rather than spending all my time posting about the 2 minutes of instruction given so far.
