I am a Math and Computer Science teacher at the Academy of Aerospace and Engineering and the Greater Hartford Academy of Math and Science. I have taught AP Computer Science for a long time with very few girls taking Computer Science (CS). I am hoping that the Technovation Challenge, with support from external mentors, will help get more girls into, and keep more girls in, CS.
I am looking for mentors for the three teams in my school.
