Sample meal plan

Here is an example of how you would fuel surrounding a workout:

Pre-WOD Meal - 3 hours prior: ground beef (grass-fed) browned with spices of your choice. Throw a few handfuls of spinach in while it's cooking. Pair with a baked sweet potato.

Pre-WOD Meal - 30-60 mins prior: protein shake + 1 banana + 2 dates

Post-WOD Meal - within 30 mins: protein shake + 1 banana + 2 dates

Post-WOD Meal - 2 hours after: shredded pork + mashed plantains
