Introduction
At some point in almost every professional person’s life, he or she will have to interact extensively with someone from a different culture, either as a visitor to a different country, or with foreign visitors or immigrants. Rather, through film, literature and discussion, we are going to look at some of the pitfalls--and some of the pleasant surprises--that come with intercultural interaction.
