Making it work for YOU

We wanted to step away from the ever-so-popular "nutrition challenge" because eating is not a competition. This program is about finding what works for your body and fueling your lifestyle and workouts! We are teaching you how to adopt healthy habits that will last a lifetime and begin to create real change in your body.

As you know from reading the 'Start up guide', we are starting off Nourish (RX) with a 2 week elimination diet. We believe working with your body is important when it comes to nutrition and wellness and that is why we've incorporated this aspect! Not all foods work for everybody. If restricting yourself or eliminating certain foods freaks your out or make any red flags pop up, take a deep breath and know that we are here to support and work with you. You will still see amazing results by following the other principles we have laid out for you [building a balanced snack/meal, fueling on rest vs WOD days, food quality, etc] - we've got your back!

We address this more during Week Six but sneak peek: we don't believe in diets. Life happens, we need to fuel our body in any situation we are in. If you have a social event or family gathering over the next 8 weeks [totally normal] know that you CAN and WILL get through it without stress! Don't put your life on hold for this program. Let us know what is coming up for you. We want this to be a lasting change, not just a quick fix.
