In the introduction to this course, we included a short definition of the concept of mental wealth:
Mental wealth is about building positive wellbeing in individuals and communities, and raising awareness of issues surrounding mental health.

The following resources are examples of groups that exist to promote and support activity that aims to generate mental wealth.
