This is the hard one, how much does it cost to run your program?

So you have your pitch and your plan, now you need a budget.

In this step we will focus on the expense-side of the budget?

As you are pitching your idea to a fiscal sponsor, most of your budget should be focused around the plan you just finished writing.

This is going to add up quick, but also remember your 5-year plan - you should make a budget that grows with that plan - what do you need year 1, how much more will it be in year 2, etc.
