Within the context of a traditional K-12 classroom, create course that covers your current unit of study. Post videos and other outside resources to reinforce that day's lesson. Assign students to groups and have them complete weekly projects based on the material covered.
Within the context of a school professional development, each school should focus on a single school wide area of improvement (at my school its: facilitating student augments). Every month we receive traditional face to face professional development from a representative of BUDL (Baltimore Urban Debate League) who instructs us on strategies and structure to improve our students arguments (both verbal and written). P2PU could be used to post the content from each monthly PD (as its on lesson) including any strategies and activities from that lesson for any who missed the meeting or who could use a reminder.
