I've worked with the underpinnings of Integral thought and theory, since first introduced to Ken Wilber's, Eye to Eye in 1997. Similarly, my background in contemplative practice stems from a study of Theravada Buddhism with Thanissaro Bhikkhu at Metta Forest Monastery. Having worked with a diverse set of 'popular' subcultures over this same period, learning and leadership development are disciplines commanding my primary focus. As a Researcher/Practitioner affiliated with the Integral Institute and Integral Without Borders in the study of Integral Sustainable Development (SDv), I also serve as Director of Group Epignosis, in Roanoke, Virginia.
