The Mozilla community is full of amazing people, and it's fun to get to know them. A lot of them don't have time to blog about their own awesomeness, so it's often useful for Mozillians to interview each other and publish their results.

Find someone interesting in the community that you'd like to learn about, interview them over email, IRC, or voice/video chat, and write a blog post about it.
