In this task you should google your local health and safety authority to gain an introductory explanation of bullying behaviour. If you are unable to find a copy of a policy document then do not worry because I have included a link of an example:

Once you have read the article answer the following questions. 1. Can a 'once of isolated incident' be described as bullying? 2. Is bullying a health and safty issue? and finally. 3. Who is responsible (has responsibilities) when it comes to workplace bullying?
