In the article we was introduced to a prominent past life regression therapist named Brian Weiss.

Dr Weiss was featured on the Opera Winifred show. He states that some phobias have their roots in a past life. He goes on to say he has used PLR therapy to successfully cure patients of phobias.

This example shows that PLR therapy has benefits but it would be interesting to hear your opinion in the comments.
