Gathering a team can be a simple process of tapping into the collective wisdom of your own personal learning network and/or targetting a few of your elearning followers.
- post a message in your preferred social network letting them know what you are doing
- contact respondees individually and discuss their involvement
Set up a preferred back channel of communication for your team and invite members to join you there.
Set up some scheduled meeting times for real time brainstorming and encourage team members to post their thoughts on a continual basis in your preferred back channel e.g. Skype
