This challenge is designed for people interested in innovative learning methods or willing to run their own unconference. This can be a BarCamp, KnowledgeCamp, InnovationCamp in a company, city or community. Participants will learn how to plan the event, design the interactions and set up a working community management.
Put together a typical timeline of a conference (e.g. committee meeting, call for papers, ...). Start some month before and end some month after the conference (e.g. conference date minus 4 and plus 2 month). When did you learn most? What are typical barriers for learning?
