• YouTube: If you go type anything in the search box, you can then filter in the upper left by videos that are "Creative Commons". YouTube has only one CC license enabled so far, the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY), so all results with this filter will be CC BY licensed videos. You can also go directly to the query: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=*,creativecommons.
• Vimeo: Vimeo has enabled the entire CC license suite, and recently added browse and search by CC license -- but currently only for registered users. So go ahead and register at Vimeo.com, enable the new Vimeo, and then https://vimeo.com/creativecommons will work for you!
