The license you choose for your music video will depend on the music you chose in the very beginning. You'll have to figure out what licenses are compatible with the license of the original music, since, as mentioned previously, "Under CC licenses, syncing music in timed-relation with a moving image is always considered an adaptation."

CC's FAQ, If I derive or adapt a work offered under a Creative Commons license, which CC license can I apply to the resulting work?, may help you with figuring that out.

Once you have chosen a CC license for your music video, you can share it with the world on a video platform that has enabled the CC license options! CC has several HOWTO Publish tutorials on its wiki at http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Publish/Video.

You can also make it available on your own website. If you do so, make sure to follow best practices for CC license marking at http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Marking/Creators, especially in regards to the Video section.
