This challenge supports the use of materials found in the Point of View Unit of the OpenFiction Project, a free and open introductory fiction writing course
The goals of this challenge are to:
• develop a critical vocabulary for discussling fictional narrative point of view
• practice identifying and describing elements of fictional narrative point of view, and
• learn drafting and revision techniques for improving control of point of view of your own work.
As much as I like What If...?, and recommend it, I'd like for tOFP materials to be as free standing as possible. Help to make this possible by suggesting new story genration writing exercises. I will incorporate those that are well-liked by the community back into the OpenFiction Project. Post suggested exercises to the discussion forum of this task.
