This challenge supports the use of materials found in the Point of View Unit of the OpenFiction Project, a free and open introductory fiction writing course
The goals of this challenge are to:
• develop a critical vocabulary for discussling fictional narrative point of view
• practice identifying and describing elements of fictional narrative point of view, and
• learn drafting and revision techniques for improving control of point of view of your own work.
Read the assignment here (and the accompanying material in What If..? if you have it) and see if you can change the beginning of your selected story from third person to first person or first person to third as appropriate.
