Have you always thought about running but always considered yourself "not a runner" for one reason or another? Let's work together to train for a 5K following the Couch to 5K plan.
The goal of the class will be to take people who do not consider themselves runners or who have not run in a long time and get you ready for a 5K (3.1 miles). Along the way, we will share our experiences, reflect on articles about running, and possibly design our own alternative to Couch to 5K.
