Week One [June 10, 2011, 1:27 p.m.]


This week you are going to do three runs. Be sure to do your five minute warm-up walk and a five minute cooldown walk. You can pick any day of the week to run but please don't run two days in a row. 

Workout One
Five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Finish with a five-minute cooldown walk.

Workout Two
Five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Finish with a five-minute cooldown walk.

Workout Three
Five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Finish with a five-minute cooldown walk.
