This course is for anyone interested in aspects of tea culture. You will learn about Samovar tea brewing history and practice through selected articles, videos and fine art works. Your self-engagement will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills of this arcane tea brewing practice.
Step one: Make yourself a cup of tea. Use Samovar if available. Serve and enjoy, solo or accompanied.
Step two: Write down your reflections about the process. How was the cooking alike? How did you serve the tea? How did you enjoy the tea? How about your company, if you had some?
